From Bicom Systems Wiki

IMPORTANT: PBXware 3.1 has reached its END OF LIFE status. Please bear in mind that limited support will be available until June 30th, 2020.

PBXware Multi Tenant Edition is a scalable telephony solution featuring a range of traditional telephony and emerging VoIP technologies. MT Edition introduces the Master/Slave tenant philosophy where master tenant is used to control systems general settings and slave tenants ability to place and receive outbound calls. Slave tenant on the other hand is the one which is giving its users PBX system that they need, while coexisting with other tenants on the same MT system.

Besides multi tenant ability, MT Edition offers all of the features as normal PBXware version does: complete range of Analog, Digital, and VoIP channels, Voicemail, IVR, Queues, Call recording/monitoring, Conferences, Auto Provisioning/Configuration and much more.
