Under 'Monitor: Extensions' the 'User-Agent' information is empty. No UAD/Phone type is displayed. This problem happens if the registered extension is 'Generic SIP'.
- Login to the administration interface
- Navigate to 'Extensions'
- Delete the 'Generic SIP' extension that cannot be seen
- Enable UAD/Phone type matching your extension
- Add new Extension matching enabled UAD/Phone
- Navigate to 'Monitor: Extensions'. Your UAD/Phone should be visible now under 'User-Agent' field
