ΒΆ LCR
The LCR (Least Cost Routing) section allows fine-tuning of trunk usage based on price and quality. This feature enables users to choose the most cost-effective route for their calls.
NOTE: On Tenants you will be able to chose if you want to use the System Default LCR (the one on System) or not. If the 'Use System Default LCR' is set to On, then the configuration on that tenant will be ignored and the configuration on MT will be used. If it is set to Off, then the configuration from that tenant will be used.
- Routes:
Displays all available destination routes alphabetically.
(E.g. A, B, C, D...)
- Destination Group:
Further description of selected route. Displays destinations by proper, mobile, etc. number
Example:
- Special Service
- 48 States
- Toll Free
- Alaska
- Hawaii

- Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Trunk:
Select trunks to be used for the desired destination.
If the connection is not established through the primary, the secondary trunk is used, etc.
