Requirements
1. An operational customer account with Bicom Systems at www.bicomsystems.com
2. At least one PBXware license.
3. Ability to pay using credit/debit card, PayPal and/or Moneybookers.
4. Customer account must support OEM Package Subscription.
Editing OEM Package Subscription first time
1.
- Visit Bicom Systems website www.bicomsystems.com
- Click on My Account button in the top right of the website.
2.
- If you have an account with Bicom Systems enter your account E-mail address and Password and click on Login button.
- If you don't have an account with Bicom Systems click on New account button to create one.
3.
- After successful log in to your account you will see your account details.
- Click on Store button in the top right of the website

- Select gloCOM version supported by your OEM Package Subscription.
- Click on OEM.

- This step shows current number and type of gloCOM connections assigned across all your PBXware licenses.
- Obviously if this is first time you edit your gloCOM Package Subscription you will see 0 connections assigned.
- Click on Next button.

- Click on PBXware License select box and select one license to/from which you will add/remove OEM connections.
- Click on Next button.

- If this is first time you edit your OEM Package Subscription you will see 0 connections.
- Numbers shown in each of the field represent the number of OEM connections for selected license.
- Alter the number of OEM connections for OEM type you need.
- Click on Next button.

- Review number of OEM connections and the Total amount.
- Click on Payment options button when ready.

- By default Payment method is Credit or Debit Card, click on Change button to select another payment method available.
- If Credit or Debit Card is selected as the payment method, select your card type.
- Click on Next button.
10.
- Review Payment method details.
- Click on Next button.
11.
- Review number of OEM connections and the Total amount.
- Click on Confirm order button.
12.
- Wait while you're being transferred to PayPal website.
13.
- When you are at PayPal website, you can chose either to login to your PayPal account (if you have one) or use Pay with a debit or credit car or PayPal Credit option to complete the process of first time editing gloCOM Package Subscription.
Editing OEM Package Subscription second time or any other time
1.
- Visit Bicom Systems website www.bicomsystems.com
- Click on My Account button in the top right of the website.

- If you have an account with Bicom Systems enter your account E-mail address and Password and click on Login button.
- If you don't have an account with Bicom Systems click on New account button to create one.

- After successful log in to your account you will see your account details.
- Click on Store button in the top right of the website

- Select OEM version supported by your OEM Package Subscription.
- Click on OEM.

- This step shows current number and type of OEM connections assigned across all your PBXware licenses.
- Click on Next button.

- Click on PBXware License select box and select one license to/from which you will add/remove OEM connections.
- Click on Next button.
7. - If this is second time or any other time after first time editing your OEM Package Subscription you will see total number of connections currently available.
- Alter the number of OEM connections for OEM type you need.
- Example: Currently number of OEM business connections is 5, if you want to add 2 connections to that number, you need to alter that field and enter number 7. Or, if your current number of OEM connections is 5 and you want to reduce it by 2 connections, you need to alter that field and enter number 3.
- Click on Next button.
8. - Review number of OEM connections and the Total amount.
- Click on Confirm Changes button when ready.
9. - Finally, Subscription Confirmed message.
