Extensions page provides an overview of Multi-user extensions which are automatically created when option Enable Auto-Setup for Call Routing is enabled, under Settings -> Servers -> YourServerName (edit) -> Network Info (section).

Extensions listed here are Multi-user extensions and they are used for trunking to external PBXware systems syncing with PBXware SP. These extensions will be created automatically when new external system is added and Administrators will not have the option to edit or delete them. Extensions will be removed once external PBXware system is removed from PBXware SP.

CSV Download option allows you to download CSV file with the list of all multi-user extensions created for trunking with external PBXware systems. Although this file cannot be used to re-create these extensions it is still useful for creating an internal list of extensions.
To filter the extension list, enter a search pattern into the search field and press enter on your keyboard to initiate the search. For example, enter number 10 into the search field to only display extension numbers starting with 10 (i.e. 100, 101, 109 etc).
Name of Multi-user extension,used for trunking to external PBXware system. Extension's name is based on the name of External system used when the system was synced with PBXware SP.
Number of multi-user extension used for trunking to external PBXware system.
Leftover from other PBXware editions. Can be ignored.
Current activity status of multi-user extension. Default - Active.
Type of User Agent used for creating multi-user extension. PBXware SP multi-user extensions created for trunking to external PBXware systems will always use Generic SIP as default User Agent type.
Protocol type used for creating multi-user extension. PBXware SP multi-user extensions created for trunking to external PBXware systems will always use SIP as default protocol type.
By performing a mouseover on icon you will be presented with a popup, which includes information on DID number(s) associated with that extension.
In case extension has no DIDs associated with, popup will display a message "No DIDs set"
