To increase account security we have implemented an additional verification step for users through integration with Google Authenticator.
The 2-Step Verification is an extra layer of security that requires not only a password and username but also something that only that user has on them. i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately on hand - such as a unique authentication code from Google Authenticator mobile application. Using a username and password together with a piece of information that only the user knows makes it harder for potential intruders to gain access and steal that person's personal data or identity.
You are allowed to enter an invalid code three times before you would be asked to log in again. After using these three attempts, the following window will appear where you need to click on the "LOG IN" button to be redirected to the login page and repeat all steps in this paragraph.
If you have problems with the Google Authentication code we have provided a link with steps on how you can fix your problem My Google Authenticator code doesn't work.
After completing all steps you will be redirected to the initially requested service web interface or in case of your first login you will be redirected to set up an account information wizard.
Setting up account information wizard consists of:
Step 1: Personal information In this step, you need to type in personal information as shown in the picture.
Step 2: Preferences
In this step, you provide us with your preferences like pdf language, trade shows, products you are interested in, etc.
Step 3: Technical Contact
The last step is Technical Contact, after you type in Technical Contact information, click “Finish” to complete setting up your account.
If you ever forget your password you can change it by clicking on the Forgot password link on the login page.
Enter a valid email address and click on the “RESET” button. You will receive an email with a link that will take you to the Reset password page.
Enter your new password then click on the “RESET” button. If everything is okay you will receive a confirmation message and email regarding your password change. After that, you can go to the login page and log in to your account with your new password
Once logged in, you'll notice the icon in the top left corner of the website (if you are visiting the application via your smartphone, this icon will be located in the navigation bar)

It may be because the time isn’t correctly synced on your Google Authenticator app.
